computer science information technology university student business to businessDesautels Technology Club, the preeminent club at the crossroads of technology and business on the McGill campus, organizes events that help students gain exposure to the technology field in a manner that complements their studies while meeting and learning from industry professionals, understanding the latest trends in technology. We would like to find sponsors and collaborate with industry experts in order to increase the interaction between our students and those companies.
Learners
Outcome for all events are different than each other. But overall, we expect students to solve our sponsors' provided real business problems during the case competitions, learn about how technology is becoming the large part of the business industry&market.

Requirements
Desaultes Technology Club, DTECH, is bridging the gap between the student and tech-job market opportunities. All of our events are a great opportunity for firms to recruit their future employees as well as promoting their products during our events by having a chance of participating and tabling in most of our events. E/O EXPERIENCE:
The Eye-Opening experience aims to create an engaging and collaborative learning environment where the student will learn and apply tech-related knowledge, in addition, to connect with speakers and fellow students. Sharing knowledge and excitement about the latest trends in technology to inspire students and represent your firm’s values.
FUTURE TECH HACKATHON:
Bringing together a large group of 200 students to tackle the leading technologies of the year and guide the students to form teams and implement solutions to everyday real-work problems. Gathering some generation-leading companies to provide networking opportunities.
DIGITAL CHALLENGE:
This case competition aims to enable students to apply what they have learned in class to a real-world business case, focusing on technology matters. This event appeals to students from a wide variety of backgrounds and will be followed by a networking session.
Additional company criteria
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
