The goal of this project is to carefully examine the existing QMS documents, identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of quality management principles and ISO standards in a real-world context, enhancing their understanding of how these systems function within an organization. Renewable Structure Ltd. eCommerce Project

The main goal of this project is to add eCommerce functionality to the existing website of Renewable Structure Ltd. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Integrating the website with an eCommerce platform. - Developing a payment gateway. - Designing a user interface for the eCommerce section. - Testing the eCommerce functionality and making improvements based on customer feedback.
