This will include training for the train-the-trainer program, workshops, and coaching to equip and empower parents to train their children values and help families flourish. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching the training needs of the 8-county area in Hampton Roads, Virginia. - Developing a detailed training schedule for the train-the-trainer program, workshops, and coaching. - Coordinating with trainers and workshop facilitators to ensure availability and alignment with the schedule. - Creating a plan for ongoing coaching and support for families in the area.
Family Health Assessment Survey Project
The main goal for the project is to develop a short digital survey to assess the spiritual needs of families and provide a vision for their unique spiritual development plan. The survey should be designed to help Victorious Family understand the spiritual needs of the families they work with and create personalized development plans to support them. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching and understanding the spiritual needs of families. - Designing and developing a short digital survey to assess these needs. - Analyzing the survey results to identify common themes and areas for spiritual growth. - Creating a vision for unique spiritual development plans based on the survey findings and biblical references. - Presenting the survey findings and vision to the leadership team at Victorious Family.

Our organization is able to offer a virtual opportunity for three students or teams. The primary focus for the student will be Grant Writing for the organization. A grant writer (s) is someone who researches, writes, and submits proposals to institutions that provide grants . To do the job effectively, an experienced grant writer must: Scour lists of grants and identify those which align with the organization’s goals and objectives, while eliminating those that aren’t a good match. Craft a grant proposal that uses clear, concise language to persuade the grantor that the organization applying for the grant is a worthy recipient of funds. Respond to funder’s questions about the grant proposal and develop relationships with prospective donors.
Architecture Design for Office Building
Our company would like to secure architect support for our new state-of-the-arts equipping institute in the Alpharetta, GA area. It is a 120K square feet building with the majority with walk in usable space and design and half the building in need for architect layout producing a revenue model to support the building annual operating expenses. In advance of any office buildout. our company would like to concept build a dream equipping and learning institute to support our mission of becoming the equipping and coaching center for families in the world. This will involve: Conduct background research on our organization. Identify what potential like-minded partners we should consider for space. Creation of a detailed architecture model, highlighting key components of a state-of-the-art equipping and coaching institute for parenting. Collaborate on a revenue model for the institute. Design of two 26K square feet floors for potential lease space.

On-line Training Course Development
We would like to develop an on-line training course that teaches parents how to help their family to flourish This project should focus on: Gathering relevant course design and content information from existing written content of Victorious Family. Assessing existing on-line training platforms and recommending the best platform for this course. Design and interactive experience that is user friendly. We have lots of existing content to share, so the project wouldn't be starting from scratch. The bulk of the project would be course design, rather than content creation.
Brand and Graphic Design
Our organization needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design w/ Sketch or Adobe XD, prototyping, one-page creations and more! We are seeking tools that can help us communicate our brand uniqueness to B2B partners. For example, a branding marketing board creation designed to position our upcoming webinar or campaign.
