Mobile App Development
The goal of the Mindflix for Athletes app project is to develop an on-demand video platform that provides competitive and recreational athletes, as well as coaches, with affordable access to world-class performance and wellness content. The platform is designed to be highly user-friendly, provide a Netflix-like experience, and help athletes and coaches improve their performance and overall well-being.
Mobile App UI UX Design & Prototype
Our company would like to explore designing a prototype for a native mobile application version of our current web based product. We would like a group of students to design a prototype mobile application for our current web based product. This will involve: Conduct background research of existing web application for the product. Identify key areas of our current product and how they might translate to a mobile application. Learn and use various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as it is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a native mobile application which can be used on both iOS and Android.
Market Validation Study
The main goal of this study is to determine the feasibility and potential success of our product by gathering feedback from customers and analyzing market trends and data. We are looking to gain a better understanding of out target market to ensure we are positioning ourselves in the right segment, offering effective benefits, and creating the best marketing messages. To accomplish this, you could focus on providing: A complete analysis of our current offerings, our target market, and the positioning of our brand. Conducting empirical interviews and/or questionnaires for feedback on our brand, product, service, etc. Executing further market research to develop a comprehensive report of our target market. We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target market and how we can better satisfy their needs. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products to better suit the market.
