Competitive Analysis - Skin Absorption Technologies for Skincare Products
Katarina Apet Style and Image Consultant is in the process of complementing its services with a line of innovative cosmetics products utilizing the latest research on absorption technologies to enhance the effectiveness of topical formulations. We need to have a better understanding of competitive skin absorption technologies and assess their awareness by the target audience. This project will include: Identification of our current competitors with product offerings with enhanced absorption Identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry that may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features of absorption technologies available on the market A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis. Blogging on the competitive absorption technologies, their strengths and weaknesses. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project and suggest names of competitors to research. Objective We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in the absorption technologies space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering.
Marketing Strategy - Capsule Wardrobe Service
We want to expand our capsule wardrobe service to online clients in North America and Europe. the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our service to online clients. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Messaging strategy to provide an exciting online capsule wardrobe experience and brand uniqueness 2. Partnership development with clothing brands. 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics, and new customer acquisition strategies, and better understand the current competitive market.
Blogging on World Fashion Trends
Katarina Apet Style is in process of the developing engaging content on world fashion trends. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that will be engaging and educational contributing to the formation of the personal brand of Katarina Apet Style. The students will be assigned specific fashion-related topics to develop their blogs. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, and world fashion trends. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.
