Premium Events & Design is an event rental and design social enterprise that cares deeply about managing people’s most valuable memories and curating spectacular moments to look back on. Equally worthy to us is our efforts to provide valuable careers and professional development opportunities to newcomer youth and women interested in working in the events industry.

As we prepare to launch in the spring of 2023, I want to have an effective sales strategy with a reliable CRM software to support our sales activity. Prior to that, I want understand the opportunities available through these tools and how it compliments the sales process.

The ultimate goal is to implement recommendations presented by the students and test them in the first 2-3 quarters. Any additional supports that are identified will be welcomed.

- Build sales process based on financial goals;

- Highlight key communication and marketing opportunities that will appeal to target consumer;

- Identify top recommended CRM tools for industry ;

- Present CRM and sales strategy

The Managing Director will be working closely with students to meet all confirmed deliverables, as well as be available for questions or when necessary.
