Details

We would like students to help us with graphic design for collateral, reports, social media, etc. that is aligned with our well established brand guidelines. Most of the content will be geared towards our events including the flagship Afrifursa Fintech Summit.

The Afrifursa Fintech Summit is a unique platform that brings together Canadian and African fintech ecosystems for mutual benefit. This year our virtual event drew over 500 attendees from over 40 countries.

We're an organization that is focused on bringing together diverse stakeholders for equitable exchange; we’re building shared value between Canadian and African stakeholders to achieve a more just and sustainable future.

If you're passionate about exploring the exciting and impactful opportunities between Africa and Canada, then this is for you!

Deliverables

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will do the following with quick turn around times:

  • Understand the design brief (reports, digital banners, marketing collateral, infographics, etc.)
  • Research the markets you designing for
  • Develop design concepts
  • Seek feedback from Afrifursa managers and team
  • Iterate
  • Publish
Mentorship
  • Onboarding session
  • One weekly check-in meeting
  • Adhoc meetings when requested by the student
  • Regular email correspondence
