- STEP 1: Publish 8 blog articles in Wordpress targeted to the hospitality industry
- STEP 2: Create social media content for the next 3 months (photo, video, text)
- STEP 3: Automate social media posting, track KPIs to analyze performance, suggest ways to improve strategy

STEP 1: CREATE BLOG POSTS
- Analyze blogs related to the sustainable hospitality industry (8h)
- Choose stock photos and convert them into WebP for upload in Wordpress (2h)
- Draft 4 blog articles in Wordpress helpful for Executive Chefs + 16 Zero Waste recipes (50h)
- Draft 4 blog articles in Wordpress helpful for Hotel General Managers / Food and Beverage Managers (20h)
STEP 2: CREATE SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
- Create a social media Calendar to drive maximum traffic to our site (10h)
- Create appealing visual contents for our social media channels (using Canva): LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Medium (30h)
- Create short videos (10h)
- Create engaging content, writing of engaging messages with relevant hashtags (30h)
STEP 3: AUTOMATE
- Implement the automation of social media posts using Canva, Meta Business Manager and/or Hellowoofy (50h)
- Track weekly top 10 KPIs related to social media KPIs (10h)
- Suggest 10 ways to improve the social marketing strategy (20h)
