No skills listedThe goal of this project is to standardize our tutoring classes for LocalStudent Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a variety of tutoring companies so they can use their experience to help standardize our processes for our tutoring business. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Researching best practices for tutoring classes.
- Developing a standardized approach to tutoring classes.
- Creating a system for tracking student progress.
- Developing a system for evaluating tutors.
- Developing a system for providing feedback to tutors.
- Developing a system for providing feedback to students.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- An understanding of best practices for tutoring classes.
- A standardized approach to tutoring classes.
- A system for tracking student progress.
- A system for evaluating tutors.
- A system for providing feedback to tutors.
- A system for providing feedback to students.
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report explaining the design process, suggestions, and outcomes.
The student will have weekly or bi-weekly meetings with their supervisor to measure their progress and to get constructive criticism. They will work closely with our head of tutoring to complete this project.
Compensation: Payment by funder C$1,400.00
