These snippets are strategically crafted to captivate our audience and are distributed across various social media platforms. In addition to this, content creators are also responsible for the meticulous editing of videos produced for our clients, ensuring that the final product is polished and aligns with the client's vision. With a blend of creativity and technical skills, our content creators play a pivotal role in amplifying Jobby's digital presence and delivering top-notch content to both our internal and external audiences.
- Edit and adapt interviews conducted by Jobby team members into short-form content
- Adapt each snippet to best suit the social media platform the content will be posted on
- Edit videos for Jobby's clients and create content from it for said clients based on the goals they are hoping to accomplish (eg.g recruitment, marketing, etc).
Learners will work closely with the manager in charge of digital content creation who will supervise their work and be available for questions. They will instruct them on processes for digital content creation, and they will have weekly or bi-weekly meetings to gain feedback on their overall work. The manager in charge of this project will review each piece of their content to ensure it meets our standards for quality. Regular communication will also be conducted via slack.
