It's really tough for law students to understand the recruitment process - especially 1st generation law students.

We want to make things easier by creating free programming and resources for law students, to make the process a lot more equitable!

Deliverables

Create resources, brainstorm and lead events, and develop processes/systems for us to do this year after year!


You'll also be responsible for a number of brand new initiatives that we are ideating!

Mentorship

Regular check-ins (on Zoom, on WhatsApp, etc.). Access to our technology and resources, including plenty of mentorship! The opportunity to work with some of the most innovative people in Canada!
