The main goal of this project is to plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of [insert company here]'s data, systems and networks.


Our project is in the healthcare sector, where security of data are scrutinized protected with high regard. We're looking for a vulnerability report and the measures we need to take to make the the software compliant with industry standards.

Deliverables

This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


  • Analyzing the existing security measures of [insert company here] and create / offer suggestions for our security policy
  • Analyzing networks and systems and assessing areas for improvement
  • Researching other security measures that can be implemented
  • Review the process for vulnerability testing and help develop any best proactive policies to keep up with the current cybersecurity landscape 
  • Detecting and analyzing any incidents, review incident reporting, and create an incident response plan
  • Research HL7 standards for security and compliance


Deliverables;


-vulnerability assessment

-report for any cyber security risks/assessment


Mentorship

A walk through of the product, mentorship time with our team lead and overall supervision. We'll walk the students through the program to have a full understanding of the data.
