A CRO specialist has the following skills: analytical skills, Understanding of UX/UI, knowledge of Psychology and Consumer Behavior, Copywriting and Content Creation, Data Analysis and Reporting, and Technical Skills in basic HTML and CSS. CRO is about analyzing human behavior on web pages and suggesting test/changes to improve conversion rate (likelihood to take an action) based on analytics data, UX/UI experience and human nature. - Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors.
- Identify testing opportunities on Revity and our Partner's web pages.
- Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- For the students to assist us in development of our Client's web pages and various other marketing deliverables.
- Students to assist in the design and development of new webpages.
- For students to assist in making AB test suggestions.
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: (list expected channels - eg. Riipen messaging, email, slack channel) Our team will create a slack channel on our platform and invite the learners to join. (or perhaps just group leaders as needed.) This way there will be seamless communication.
