scheduling management digital marketingWe’re looking for a student to help us with Human Resources, recruiting, hiring. This includes using digital marketing to gain the attention of talent, reviewing resumes, initial reach outs to potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, conducting screening calls with interested candidates, and conducting initial interviews with candidates who meet our criteria.
Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following:
- Attract great candidates from online using digital marketing techniques
- Reviewing resumes from interested candidates and scheduling screening calls with the prosing candidates.
- Research target candidates on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Send LinkedIn connection requests and initial messages to potential candidates.
- Conduct screening calls with candidates to see if they meet the basic criteria.
- Conduct first interviews with candidates to see if they will be a good fit.
- Recommend which candidates should have a second interview with management and which should not.
Students will receive training from the primary project manager on recruiting and HR before they get started on their tasks. They will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Regular communication will be conducted via slack.
