Your Sweet Spot Life (YSSL) is seeking to establish a robust framework that encompasses public relations, conflict resolution, and legal policies. The goal is to create a cohesive set of guidelines that will enhance YSSL's public image, streamline conflict resolution processes, and ensure legal compliance. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of communication strategies, conflict management, and legal principles to develop comprehensive policies. The team will conduct research on industry best practices, analyze YSSL's current operations, and propose tailored solutions that align with the company's values and objectives. By the end of the project, YSSL aims to have a clear, actionable policy document that can be easily implemented and understood by all stakeholders.

Deliverables
