Magnify Access is seeking to enhance the quality assurance processes of its SaaS solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. The goal of this project is to draft test plans for identifying potential areas of improvement in the existing QA protocols, perform system testing and document results. By the end of the project, learners will have gained practical experience in quality assurance within a SaaS environment, preparing them for future roles in software development and testing.

  • a report of findings
