Details

Magnify Access has recently developed a new product aimed at enhancing accessibility for users with diverse needs. The company seeks to ensure that the product meets user expectations and provides a seamless experience. The project involves conducting comprehensive user testing to gather feedback on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. The goal is to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement before the product's official launch. Students will apply their knowledge of user experience design and testing methodologies to evaluate the product. They will work closely with a predefined group of users to conduct structured testing sessions, collect data, and analyze the results. This project offers an opportunity to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application in a real-world setting.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed report summarizing the findings from the user testing sessions. This report should include an analysis of user feedback, identification of usability issues, and recommendations for improvements. Additionally, students will present their findings and suggestions to Magnify Access in a formal presentation. The deliverables should provide actionable insights that can be used to enhance the product's user experience and accessibility.
