- Develop categories, articles, and content to address common user needs, such as onboarding, troubleshooting, and advanced features.
- EXPLORE innovative approaches to stand out in the industry, such as embedding AI-driven search tools or personalized user recommendations for relevant articles.
Help Center Integration:
- Leverage out existing dynamic help section within the platform that provides quick access to FAQs, guides, and support resources.
- Explore the possible use of Add on-page, context-sensitive help widgets that dynamically guide users based on their actions or location within the platform.
- Incorporate a feedback loop for users to suggest improvements or rate the helpfulness of resources.
Video Tutorials:
- Develop professional, easy-to-follow video guides for platform onboarding, feature usage, and troubleshooting.
- Use screen recordings, animations, and voiceovers to enhance clarity and engagement.
- Consider creating bite-sized “How-to” clips that can be directly accessed from the help section or even embedded within the platform for real-time guidance.
