The Afrifursa Fintech Summit is a unique platform that brings together Canadian and African fintech ecosystems for mutual benefit. This virtual event draws over 400 attendees from over 38 countries. This year (2022) we're doing it bigger and better to deepen the connections between these fintech ecosystems.
We're an organization that is focused on bringing together diverse stakeholders for equitable exchange; we’re building shared value between Canadian and African stakeholders to achieve a more just and sustainable future.
If you're passionate about exploring the exciting and impactful opportunities between Africa and Canada, then this is for you!
- Manage event project plan – update start/end dates, liaise internally with Afrifursa team members, refer critical issues to senior Afrifursa staff
- Stakeholder management – share marketing collateral with event Partners and Speakers, share exhibitor and speaker guides, refer critical issues to senior Afrifursa staff
- Miscellaneous – assist with other key functions (egs. marketing, operations, etc.) when/as required
- Onboarding session
- One weekly check-in meeting
- Adhoc meetings when requested by the student
- Regular email correspondence
