The main goal for the project is to have a variety of custom contracts written for Jessica De Castro & Co, a small consulting agency specializing in organic marketing experiences. The company is currently undergoing a rebranding and is planning a relaunch campaign for late April 2024. The project will involve the following tasks:


- Understanding the business goals and services offered and identifying potential gaps in legal documentation.


- Drafting contract agreements for clients and subcontractors.


- Creating terms and conditions for the company's services and products.


- Developing a cease and assist document for potential legal matters.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, the deliverables should include:


- Drafted contract agreements for clients and subcontractors.


- Terms and conditions for the company's services and products.

- A report outlining the legal documents and their implications for the company's operations.


Mentorship
