We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Newsletter Creator to design and produce engaging email newsletters that highlight funding opportunities, success stories, and updates about FindGrant’s services. You will play a key role in connecting with our audience, keeping them informed about the latest funding options, and promoting FindGrant's offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative content for newsletters, including grant opportunities, product updates, tips for grant applications, and user success stories.
  • Design & Layout: Ensure newsletters are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with FindGrant’s branding.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Build and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Audience Segmentation: Personalize newsletters by segmenting the audience based on business type, funding needs, and other relevant criteria.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze newsletter performance (open rates, click-through rates) and continuously improve content based on insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to align newsletters with overall strategy.

  1. Content Research & Creation (25 hours):
  • Research and create 10 informative newsletter drafts on relevant funding opportunities, tips, and success stories.
  1. Email Marketing Setup (10 hours):
  • Design and set up email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  1. Audience Segmentation (5 hours):
  • Segment the audience based on business type, funding needs, and preferences for personalized outreach.
  1. Newsletter Design & Layout (5 hours):
  • Create visually appealing templates for newsletters, ensuring readability and engagement.
  1. Performance Tracking (5 hours):
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates) and generate reports for optimization.
  1. Collaboration & Feedback (10 hours):
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams for feedback, revisions, and alignment with overall strategy.
