As we are preparing to launch our product, one crucial aspect that will help us benefit from financial support from investors is building potential future partnerships through letters of intent. The main goal of the project is to better understand our target B2B market to create an outreach campaign attracting potential partners.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and identifying potential partners for Finances UniReceipt Inc.

- Developing a strategy for reaching out to potential partners, obtaining letters of intent, and motivating them to provide feedback on the company

- Creating a compelling message and materials to present to potential partners.

- Reaching out to potential partners and obtaining letters of intent.

- Analyzing the results of the outreach campaign and making recommendations for future campaigns.


*Future partners should include brick-and-mortar stores that are open to adopting our receipt-generating device.

Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A list of potential partners for Finances UniReceipt Inc.


- A strategy for reaching out to potential partners.


- Designing of materials and a message for presenting to potential partners.


- Letters of intent obtained from the outreach campaign.


- An analysis of the results of the outreach campaign and recommendations for future campaigns.



Final deliverables:


- A report detailing the outreach campaign strategy, materials, and results.


- Copies of the obtained letters of intent.


- A presentation summarizing the outreach campaign and its outcomes.
