Myers, the Dads' Resource Center (www.dadsrc.org) provides education, resources and advocacy for single fathers. We are looking to ramp up public awareness of the DRC and the need to ensure that single fathers have the opportunity to be in the lives of their children.
We have a lot of research that we have done that can be repackaged, and would encourage the creation of new materials that would be more effective in promoting the organization as long as it aligns with our core messaging. We very much would welcome having students do the actual creation of media or implementation of suggested strategies.
We would like to see a boost in our social media following and interactions, website traffic and (ideally notable) media placements.
The Dads' Resource Center Executive Director, Jeff Steiner, will be available for required participation in project meetings, as well as readily available as needed to answer questions or provide additional information or support, as will the person who does our social media.
