This plan should include a detailed analysis of the organization's current state, goals, and objectives, as well as a comprehensive plan for achieving those goals and objectives.
In order to complete this project, learners will need to complete the following tasks:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the organization's current state, goals, and objectives.
- Develop a 4 year strategic plan for the organization, including detailed action plans and timelines.
- Present the strategic plan to the organization's board of directors for approval.
I will be available by virtual means to support learners.
