· Supporting the set-up, facilitation, and clean-up of Art Buffet on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
· Supporting the art collection in the following ways:
- Research on artists in the art collection
- Support artwork inventory details, condition reporting of artwork, digitization of files

- Regular check-in meetings with gallery team members
- Training and mentorship on running public artmaking events, condition reporting, and art collection record keeping
