Matthew was professional throughout the project and had good communication. His skills were evident from the start and his confidence matched them. Although this was an overall positive opportunity, I felt that his interest / enthusiasm in the project lacked at times. I think with a project more linear to his future goals, his gifts would have a better chance to shine.

Did the student effectively manage their time and meet project deadlines? If so, how? If not, what areas could they improve in?No. They knew they weren’t able to complete the hours within the deadline and asked for an extension right off the bat. They did not disclose they had a fulltime job in the interview process which made scheduling calls very difficult.
