Is your business or organization looking for an assessment and recommendations on how to improve or maintain functioning to reach organizational Prime? Our 3rd and 4th year business students may be able to assist!

Your student team will interview an employee/owner of an organization. The questions have the objective to identify in which stage of the organizational lifecycle the company is positioned.

The group must respond to the following:

1. Which phase of the Organizational Lifecycle describes better an organization studied (see chart below)?

2. Provide 3 suggestions for this company to develop towards, return to, or stay at the Prime phase.

3. In terms of implementation strategy, where should the organization start and why (i.e., Sub-system Authorance, Teleological, or Rewards).

The organization will receive a copy of the students' final report for this project.
