Students have varied levels of maturity and different employment histories. The objective of this document is to consider each student’s unique academic training and life experience that can be effectively utilized to meet the course objective, the student’s learning goals, and the requirements of the partner organization. Therefore, every learning agreement will be unique and specific to each placement. (Details on the learning agreement will be sent to the field supervisor in the beginning of the placement.)

December 18, 2023Field Supervisor Mid-point Evaluation
This questionnaire aims to collect feedback from the field supervisor regarding the general learning and work performance of the student in the placement site. At the mid-point, this document will help the student identify areas to focus on or improve in the final part of the placement. (This questionnaire will be sent to the field supervisor in November 2023).

The objective of this last questionnaire is to collect feedback from the field supervisor regarding the student's achievements in the second part of the placement. This questionnaire also includes a component, in which the field supervisor can offer suggestions on the design, structure, and execution of this placement course. (The field supervisor will receive this questionnaire in March 2024).

- Other types of data collection, including audio, visual (or AV combination);
- Other tasks as appropriate to the organization and the student’s skill set.
- Assistance with outreach, public relations, networking, support of communication activities and relations with members, constituents, clients, donors, governments, and/or stakeholders.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
I agree to sign a placement agreement with the Faculty prior to the student starting placement (sent by the EE Coordinator once a student placement is confirmed).
I agree to develop an agreement on learning goals with the student during the first 2-3 weeks of the placement.
I agree to complete the mid-point and final field supervisor evaluation questionnaires.
