Our product is designed to remove the bacteria Staphylococcus hominis, which is a major contributor to underarm odor. By effectively removing this bacteria, our underarm rinse eliminates the need for traditional deodorants, providing a more natural and effective solution for underarm odor.
Our goal is to revolutionize the skincare industry by offering a product that not only addresses the issue of underarm odor, but also promotes a more natural and sustainable approach to personal hygiene. The students will be tasked with developing a financial model that accurately reflects the expected cash flows and enterprise valuation of your business, as well as an investor pitch deck that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of your product and the potential for growth and profitability. The financial model should include detailed projections of revenue, costs, and cash flows, as well as sensitivity analyses and alternative capital structure scenarios. The investor pitch deck should highlight the market opportunity, the competitive landscape, the strengths of your product and team, and the potential return on investment for early-stage investors. Ultimately, the goal for the graduate students should be to help your startup secure funding from investors who are interested in the potential of your product and the ability of your team to execute on your business plan.
Real World Project Management Experience with Nomobo
The main goal of the project is to have a team of student interns work on a marketing and branding initiative, new product/service launch, or the development or enhancement of our website. This will involve developing a Project Management Plan for the chosen project, including project requirements, risks, costs, timelines, and responsibilities, using Project Management Theory guided by PMI standards. The expected outcome of this project is to have a comprehensive plan that will help us to achieve our goals for the chosen project. By the end of the project, we hope to have a clear roadmap for the implementation process that will drive the success of our future initiatives in marketing and branding, new product/service launch, or website development/enhancement.
